Self-Care After Series
a social justice infused wellness project
The traveling research project, provides direct service based events to marginalized communities and our residents.
In recognizing the pervasive effects of stigma and discrimination, our pop-up teach-ins provide unique services, therapeutic assortments and infuses social justice with wellness to discuss and offer self nourishing safeguards from daily, social, and cultural stress.

Our facilitators are a collective of certified teachers, social workers, healers and organizers committed to equipping our communities with practical tools to secure their awareness, agency and wellness in real time.

Our research is rooted in integrating mindfulness and similar practices into anti-oppression pedagogy and believe these approaches can sustain our collective wellness as we move towards ending community violence in all of its manifestations.
